Firmware Update 3.40

This update was released last week. Not only did it add Playstation Plus, the new premium service, but it added a video uploader for videos as well as more facebook integration. I haven't seen many people use the facebook integration because, like me, I'm sure they find that annoying. User ratings for Playstation store items are available. This is great because we can get a general idea of what is good from the store. Finally, the default power save option is two hours. This works well for people who do folding at home on their PS3, for instance. All in all, a big update. For now, I won't try PS+; I need to see a little more before I bite.
