Uncharted: Drakes Fortune is a game published by Naughty Dog (of Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter fame just to name a couple series). You start out as Nathan Drake and you are on a quest to find Drakes Fortune that's rumored to be special. Unfortunately, you aren't the only one looking for it. This premise is great for a story and it really kept me captivated. You have a partner, named Elena, who was a TV reporter. She can take an infinite number of hits but she's not all that helpful in battle (There were times where she kept getting in my way during battle)and, during the game, she gets captured a couple times and you must rescue her. The game is played from the third person perspective and you have the ability to hide behind cover whenever you need to. In your inventory, you have a handgun, a larger gun (like a shotgun or an AK) and up to four grenades. To throw grenades, you must tilt the controller to match the arc you want. There is melee which is ok, but could be a little better. It's about timing and if you go to fast or slow, then your opponent gets the advantage but that's not too much a problem. The game has treasures that you can find, including one special treasure. If you get all treasures, you will have 61 however the game will read 61/60 treasures. There are 22 levels (chapters as the game calls it) which vary in length. Once you beat a chapter, it is available in the main menu under the Chapter Select option. With the release of 2.40, this game has trophies which if you do all the rewards in the game (find a treasure, kill 5 people hanging from a ledge, etc), you unlock the corresponding trophy. Overall I like this game. If you are waiting for Uncharted 2 and haven't played U:DF, play this game to get a feel of what the game is like. You won't be dissappointed.
