PSPgo away?

There was a story that I read that mentioned that Sony was halting PSPGo production. Given the sales of the device, this isn't much of a surprise. It was doomed from the word go. You can't play UMDs on it which is almost a necessity. Download only games is a way to go which is fine but no disc playing plus the high price point doomed it. The impending release of Sony's newest portable system, codenamed NGP, all but will soon make the Go a distant memory.
