Tekken 2 review

Tekken 2 was a very fun game that came out for the PSOne back in the late 1990's. It is a versus fighting game. There is a story to this game but I don't usually care for stories in these types of fighting games. There is arcade mode, versus mode among others. Arcade mode lets you progress through 10 stages and whatever character you pick when you beat the final boss, you see that character's ending cutscene which varies from character to character. Plus after you beat the game you unlock more secret characters. I think there are about 30 characters total in this game. Practice mode hones your skills. Survival mode sees how long you can last on a single bar of health. For those looking for a long game, that is not here. If good enough, you can probably beat the game in less than an hour per character. But who said that this is a bad thing? If you are like me, you want to unlock everything, so the shorter the game the better. Having never played the first one, I must say that this game (or series even) can be this generation's answer to Street Fighter. Again, my thought.
