Video Game Movies: no popcorn passing here

That's right. There's no need for popcorn because movies turned to games are a bad idea. They have never been a top seller (with a few exceptions like Spiderman) and companies usually don't match the game with the movie. Gameplay seems old-fashioned and repetitive and overall just isn't fun to play. This is coming from a gamer's perspective. Of course you are entitled to your own opinion and if you have kids you know they would want the game because they saw the movie, so put the critique(s) aside in that situation. The reverse, in my opinion, is a little brighter. Games to movies do better. Street Fighter is one example. This 2D fighter turned out to be a very good movie to watch. It depends on what you think. Video Game movies: like them or hate them? It's your choice.
