Wii Sports is a very fun game. In the States, every Wii manufactured comes with this game. The game consists of Tennis, Bowling, Golf, Boxing and Baseball. Of the five games, my favorites are Bowling and Baseball. You use your Mii character in every game and based on your performance, you may get awarded (or deducted) skill points. Once you get 1000 points on your character, you are considered a pro in that sport. For example, in bowling, your ball can have more spin, baseball your pitches have more movement, tennis faster serves when serving etc. There is a age training type of game that tests the age of your Mii. It is tested on endurance, speed, and strength. The system calculates your age based on how you do in 3 skills competitions. Each of the sports have 3 competitions that test various skills, from avoiding punches thrown your boxer in a boxing game to a homerun derby like game in baseball. The games are really fun however I did care for the main boxing game. The 3 competitions associated with the boxing game are cool though. Wii Sports will last you for a while if you have no other Wii game to play however the novelty may wear off quick. Plus don't play for a long period of time (longer than 2 hours for me). If you do, your arm will feel sore and, for me, I felt pain for a while. Overall, the game is a nice way to get your feet wet on the Wii. The games may not have too much substance but will suffice people until the next game they like comes out.
